About
Whether you need a full landscape renovation or ongoing care for an established garden, Korotkin Associates Inc. offers landscape design and maintenance tailored to you. We are a landscape design firm based in Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco, serving property owners and managers across the city and the wider Bay Area.
Our work spans managing and maintaining existing landscapes as well as planning and carrying out renovations. We know California native plants well and choose them with our local conditions in mind, from coastal microclimates to rooftop spaces.
Our irrigation work focuses on low water use, and our garden designs are guided by a sound understanding of horticulture and support for local wildlife habitat. Clients who have worked with our team for many years tell us they value our responsiveness and our steady attention to detail.
