About
Based in Brentwood, Knott Ranch offers horse training, riding instruction, boarding and breeding for riders and horse owners across Contra Costa County. Our ranch is a place where horses and riders are cared for with patience, and families often tell us how much their young riders look forward to every practice.
Whether your horse needs schooling, your child is learning to ride, or you are looking for a trusted place to board, we work closely with each person to meet their goals. Our coaching is known for being friendly and encouraging, helping riders build confidence in the saddle while growing their skills in the arena.
We also raise and work with cattle, so our experience extends beyond the arena to the full life of a working horse.
