About
Relief for tight muscles, attentive hands, and a personal touch: that's what we offer at Kneadful Touch Therapeutic Massage. We're a therapeutic massage practice serving Union City and the wider Alameda County area, with a focus on working through the areas that cause you the most trouble.
Each session begins with a hands-on check of your body, so we can find tension you may not have noticed and direct our time where it's needed most. Many of our clients come to us for back, neck, and shoulder pain, and we use firm, deep pressure when it helps release stubborn knots.
We also keep track of your history, so we remember areas that needed extra care before and can check on them again. Our approach is calm and unhurried, we adjust pressure based on your feedback, and we're happy to share a few stretches to take home.
Prenatal massage is one of the ways we support people through pregnancy-related discomfort.
