King David Home Builders

At King David Home Builders, we help Palo Alto and Santa Clara County homeowners turn their property goals into well-built reality, from backyard ADUs and whole-house renovations to custom homes. Our projects range from a garage-top ADU built with careful attention to drainage and detail to the restoration of a 1920s Mediterranean Revival home in Los Altos Hills, where we matched original materials and updated every major system.

We talk through each step in plain terms, lay out a realistic timeline, and keep you informed as questions come up. Our crews work full days, keep job sites organized, and treat your home and neighbors with respect.

When we uncover a surprise, such as older plumbing or a sewer line issue, we explain the options clearly and adjust the plan together with you. We also design with practicality in mind, looking for layouts that add usable space and long-term value for families and rental goals alike.
