About
At Kelly M. Stock, we help Lafayette and the East Bay feel stronger, calmer and more balanced through acupuncture, herbal guidance and Pilates. Our acupuncture sessions are tailored to each person, and we often combine them with herbs, supplements and nutrition advice to support everyday health and stress relief.
Our private Pilates sessions and small group classes, capped at four people, are built around each student's body, with routines that work the arms, back, core, legs and feet. Our postpartum and pregnancy support is a special focus, and we take time to understand what you need in the moment, adjusting our approach as your needs change.
Students tell us they leave feeling more flexible and at ease, and our follow-up keeps us attentive to how you're doing between visits.
