About
At Katrina Zhang, RD - Dietitian Nutritionist, we help people across Fremont and the East Bay build eating habits that fit their lives and their health goals. We work as registered dietitians, offering nutrition counseling for everyday wellness, weight management and nutrition plans tailored to individual needs.
Our approach starts with understanding where you are now, so we can set realistic goals and small, sustainable changes you can keep up over time. We take the time to explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, so you leave with a clear understanding of how food affects your body.
Whether you are managing a specific health concern or simply want to eat better, we meet you where you are and adjust the plan as your needs change.
