About
At Karl Kardel Company, Inc., we help homeowners in Melrose and across Oakland keep their properties sound and looking their best. We are a licensed-style construction team handling roofing, painting, waterproofing, concrete, tile, and deck building, so most projects can be handled by one crew.
Our work includes restoring details like clear story windows above slate roofs, where we aim to protect the existing roof and avoid unnecessary tile removal. We take every job seriously, including smaller ones, and we bring care and skill to each project.
Our crew is friendly, careful, and easy to work with, and we keep homeowners informed from start to finish. We also repair rot and wood damage, such as window and door frames, and look for hidden leaks near the roofline.
Serving Oakland and the East Bay, we would be glad to take a look at your project, so call or stop by to get started.
