About
k2 Pilates & Creative Arts/Movement Matchmaker is based in the Montclair Business district of Oakland, offering Pilates instruction for the East Bay community. Our studio focuses on Pilates classes that help you build strength, flexibility and body awareness at a pace that suits you.
We also bring a creative approach to movement, pairing each practice with the arts so that every session feels expressive as well as physical. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to it after a break, we tailor our guidance to where you are right now.
Our work serves people across Oakland and the wider East Bay who want a supportive place to move, learn and grow.
