Jute CrossFit brings coached CrossFit classes with a strong focus on proper technique to Benicia and the wider Solano County area. Our coaches review every movement in each class and modify workouts so that people at any fitness level can train safely and push their own limits.
Many of our members came to us looking to improve their health, and we are proud to help them build strength, lose weight and keep up with the demands of everyday life. We have built a friendly, family-style community where members encourage one another, and many of our members have made lasting friendships here.
Our facility is clean and well organized, with newer equipment that supports focused training. Whether you are just starting out or are already experienced in CrossFit, we would love to see you in class.
