Julie Bottarini Physical Therapy brings specialized pelvic floor and prenatal physical therapy to San Carlos and the Peninsula. We work with expectant mothers on preparing their bodies for labor, including breathing and pushing techniques, and we support postpartum recovery and pelvic pain.
We also help children with pelvic floor concerns, such as withholding-related constipation, using engaging exercises they can learn and practice at home. Our approach is compassionate and clear: we listen carefully, explain each step, and build a treatment plan around your body and your stage of life.
