Joyheart Cafe

Based in San Jose, Joyheart Cafe serves fully vegetarian and vegan Taiwanese cafe fare, including rice sets, tofu and rice bowls, and a matcha counter with non-dairy milks, for the South Bay and Santa Clara County. Our menu is entirely vegetarian, with vegan options clearly labeled, and our rice sets come with generous portions of fresh, colorful vegetables alongside the main protein.

Our matcha drinks are a popular choice, and our cafe is attached to an Asian organic healthy grocery store, so guests can pick up ingredients before or after their meal. We keep our dining room cozy with a handful of tables, and our staff is known for being kind and attentive to every guest.

Many of our dishes are prepared with a farm-to-table philosophy that lets the natural sweetness of the vegetables come through, rather than relying on heavy sauces.
