About
Jose Luis Medina, CMT, CLT, ESM brings skilled, therapeutic massage to San Ramon and the East Bay. We tailor each session to your body and goals, whether you're working through chronic neck and back tension, stiffness that comes with a busy schedule, or swelling in the legs.
Our training includes lymphatic drainage, and we use it to help ease edema in clients recovering from surgery or injury. We take time to listen before every session so you know what to expect and feel comfortable from the start.
Clients often tell us they arrive tight and leave feeling noticeably lighter, with a calm, restorative sense of relief. Our approach is gentle, attentive and unhurried, and we work with people who want a massage that truly addresses how they feel.
