About
Whether you need deep relief for tight muscles or a gentle, restorative session to unwind, Jennifer Michels Massage offers massage therapy tailored to you. We are a Berkeley massage practice serving clients across Berkeley and Alameda County, with a focus on sports massage and bodywork for lasting comfort.
Our therapist brings 25 years of experience and a keen sense of where the body needs attention, from tight muscles to stubborn areas that have been hard to ease. Many clients tell us they've found their body work so effective they've stepped back from other treatments, and our approach is consistently skilled and thoughtful.
We adjust pressure to suit your needs on any given day, whether that means a vigorous session or a softer touch, and we explain what we're doing along the way. Sessions take place in a softly lit, cozy treatment room designed to help you relax from start to finish.
