Structural bodywork, nutrition guidance, and pain relief: that's what we offer at Jennifer Lazar Functional Nutrition and Bodywork. Our massage practice is built on structural assessment, so we look at how you move and hold your posture before we work on the areas causing restriction and pain.
Many clients come to us with long-standing shoulder and joint pain, and we focus on reducing it steadily over a series of sessions. Each session is a chance to learn about your own anatomy, including where misalignments come from and simple adjustments you can make between visits.
We also offer nutrition and supplement guidance alongside bodywork, so you can address how your body functions from both sides. Clients who want a relaxing massage are welcome too, and we're happy to tailor the session to what will help most.
