About
Based in San Anselmo, Jeffrey Szilagyi L.Ac. provides acupuncture, massage therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) coaching for clients across Marin County. Clients come to us for relief from back pain, sports injuries, and sprains, as well as for support with emotional well-being and personal growth.
Our acupuncture treatments are gentle and carefully tailored, and we take time to explain the reasoning behind each technique so you understand your role in your own healing. Our IFS coaching sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to explore different parts of yourself, with a focus on self-awareness and inner peace.
We listen closely and respond with clarity, so each person feels fully seen and understood from the very first visit.
