About
Looking for general contracting and remodeling in Broadmoor? Jean Design Build offers full home renovations and earthquake retrofit work for homes across San Mateo County.
We take on projects from kitchen and bathroom remodels to garage finishing and stair updates, and we also handle complete condo and whole-home overhauls, including new heating systems and hardwood floors. Our process starts with a detailed scope of work and clear estimates, so you know what to expect before we break ground.
We keep communication steady and timely, letting you know what's happening each day and how it affects your household, especially when you're working from home. Our crews keep the job site clean and safe, and we consult with you throughout so design changes and unexpected scope expansions are handled without sacrificing quality.
We also guide clients through permitting and paperwork, including help with grant applications for earthquake retrofit projects.
Book a consultation by calling or stopping by to talk through your project with us.
