JayBaba's Kitchen is an African restaurant in Fairfield focused on authentic West African and Ghanaian cooking. Our menu brings home-style favorites such as egusi stew, pounded yam, fufu, jollof rice and fried tilapia, prepared fresh to order.
Every dish is seasoned to suit each guest, and we always ask how you would like your spice level so that both adults and children can enjoy the meal. Many of our customers tell us the flavors are balanced, rich and clearly made with care, from the tender, well-cooked meats to the traditional shito on the side.
