At Japan Martial Arts Dojo Yusei Kai Karate, we help families and adults across San Jose and Santa Clara County build real confidence and self-defense skills through full-contact Kyokushin-style karate. Our training blends a balance of fun and seriousness, with a strong focus on striking, defense and footwork that carries over into sparring and everyday life.
We also bring traditional Okinawan karate into our curriculum, so students learn a practical martial art that applies to self-defense, kickboxing and beyond. Throughout the year we host kumite seminars that give students the chance to refine their sparring with focused instruction.
