About
Whether you're looking for a companion cat or a helping hand with a feline in need, Jake's Place Cat Rescue connects people with cats in Novato and across Marin County through a foster-based adoption program. Our cats live in loving foster homes before they're placed, so we can describe each one's personality and behavior honestly, helping you find a good match for your home.
We're proud of the ongoing support we offer adopters, and we're happy to share advice long after an adoption is complete. Our team works patiently with families, including children, to make sure every cat and every household is set up for success.
If you're thinking about adopting, fostering, or simply want to learn more about our cats, reach out to us through our website to get started.
