Island Inferno brings hot Pilates, HIIT, cardio and yoga classes to Alameda and the East Bay, with a warm, welcoming studio where every session feels challenging and fun. Our classes are designed to push you while keeping the energy high, from morning hot Pilates to Build X Cardio.
Our studio is clean and well stocked with props, so you have everything you need to make the most of every workout. Under the guidance of our instructor Kay, we have built a supportive community where newcomers and regulars alike feel at home.
