For Pilates in Alameda, Island Fit Pilates is here to help you build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Our studio offers reformer Pilates and jumpboard classes on high-quality Balanced Body equipment, along with weights, springboards and antimicrobial mats.
Our classes are small, so every client gets personal attention, with clear cues and adjustments for every level. We're proud to be owned and taught by a local Alameda resident, and we welcome clients from across the Island and the East Bay.
