Island Acupuncture / Tracy Zollinger L.Ac.

Island Acupuncture / Tracy Zollinger L.Ac. offers thorough, personalized care, attentive listening, and holistic guidance: that's what we offer in Alameda. We take a detailed history and look for the root cause of each concern, rather than only addressing the symptom in front of us.

Our work includes fertility support, reproductive health, menstrual concerns, and general wellness, with a plan built around each person's goals. Many of our clients come to us while trying to conceive or preparing their bodies for pregnancy, and we help them understand what they're hearing from their other providers.

We also support everyday concerns such as chronic stress, nutrition and weight goals, and joint or muscle discomfort, with injury prevention advice included. Clients across Alameda and the wider East Bay tell us they appreciate that we take the time to explain things and never rush a session.

Call us or stop by to schedule a consultation and let us help you find the right next step.
