At InTouch SF, we help Mission neighborhood and San Francisco residents feel more comfortable in their bodies through acupuncture and Pilates. Our acupuncture sessions are calm and attentive, and we take time to walk each person through what they are experiencing and the techniques we use, including for those who are not fans of needles.
Our Pilates work is personal, with private sessions and small guided classes where each participant receives focused attention and workouts tailored to their body. Many of our clients have been with us for years, returning for ongoing care, Pilates, sound healings and herbs as part of their wellness routine.
