Based in Alameda, International Chi Institute offers Shaolin kung fu, tai chi and physical fitness training for families across Alameda County and the East Bay. Students progress from white belt to black belt at their own pace, and many go on to lead and teach classes of their own.
Our instructors have a gift for meeting every learner where they are, from young children learning to make a fist to older students mastering complex sequences of movement. Lessons build physicality, focus and discipline, and the habits our students develop tend to carry over into school and daily life.
