Inner Research Institute is a tai chi school in South of Market, San Francisco, focused on patient, detailed instruction in the Tai Chi form. We have been teaching here for many years, and our students often describe tai chi as a steady practice that grows deeper over time.
Our instructors pay close attention to posture and movement, catching small errors and helping each student refine their technique. Our classes welcome complete beginners as well as longtime practitioners who want to sharpen their form.
