At Informed Choices, we help women in Gilroy and across Santa Clara County face an unplanned pregnancy with clear information, compassion and no judgment. We offer our services at no cost, including pregnancy tests, free ultrasound examinations, and baby clothes and supplies for families who need them.
Our team takes the time to listen, explain each option and provide education at your pace, so you can make the decision that feels right for you. Many of the women who visit us tell us they felt supported during an overwhelming season, and that is the kind of care we work hard to give every person who walks through our doors.
Our staff and volunteers are friendly, caring and easy to talk to, whether you come in for an ultrasound, a pregnancy test or to drop off donations. As a non-profit, we are proud to be a part of this community and to offer a place where women feel welcome and heard.
