About
Import Specialties brings hands-on auto repair for imported vehicles to Pleasant Hill and the East Bay. We focus on import repairs, with a particular depth in Volkswagen service, including the older models that many owners want to keep on the road.
Our approach is straightforward: we show you the parts we've replaced, explain what needs attention and why, and lay out every reasonable option so you can decide with confidence. Clients appreciate our down-to-earth, no-nonsense style, and we take the time to explain repairs in plain language rather than jargon.
We work around your schedule, and we aim to keep pricing reasonable and free of surprises. Whether you're driving a classic Vanagon or a modern import, we're glad to help you keep it running well.
To schedule service, call or stop by and we'll get your vehicle taken care of.
