I Progess Gym

At I Progess Gym, we help families across Concord and the East Bay build strength, balance and confidence through gymnastics. Our gym is a gymnastics center where athletes of all levels can train with structure and steady encouragement.

We focus on helping every gymnast progress at their own pace, building skills safely one step at a time. Whether your child is just discovering gymnastics or already competing, we aim to make every class a positive experience.
