About
Locals in the Financial District and South Beach turn to Hotaling & Co. for a distillery experience rooted in San Francisco's own history. We are a distillery in the heart of San Francisco, and we welcome visitors and neighbors from across the city and the Bay Area to see how our spirits are made.
Our team takes pride in explaining each step of the process, from the grain we work with to the flavors that come out of the still. Whether you are a longtime spirits fan or simply curious, we are happy to guide you through what we make and why it matters to us.
You can learn more about our story and what we offer on our website.
