At Home Studio Yoga, we help San Anselmo and neighbors across Marin County find a yoga practice that fits their body and their day. Our classes range from mindful, restorative flows to strengthening practices that build real power and alignment, so students of every level can move at their own pace.
Our teachers, led by Martine, are known for thoughtful sequencing and attentive guidance that leaves you feeling refreshed, open and more grounded. Many students have made our studio part of their weekly self-care routine, drawn to its welcoming, homey atmosphere and the friendly community that gathers here.
We also host special events such as sound baths and ecstatic dance, along with classes that feature live music.
