For counseling and psychotherapy in Mill Valley, Higher Self Psychotherapy is here to help. We offer individual therapy that draws on a range of approaches, including somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, with sessions tailored to each client's needs.
Our work includes a mind-body focus that helps clients notice feelings and patterns that have been hard to reach through talk alone, and we also offer ketamine therapy. Clients often tell us they feel safe, seen and heard from the very first session, and we aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space for healing, especially for women, LGBTQ+ people and transgender clients.
