About
Moraga families and adults across the East Bay turn to Higher Ground Moraga for yoga classes and workshops that support healthy, balanced routines. Our studio is a welcoming community where people of every level come together to build strength, flexibility and a steady self-care practice.
Many of our members tell us they've found real personal growth here, supported by a caring and encouraging group of instructors. Our classes are energetic and fun, challenging you to work muscles you may not have known you had while keeping the atmosphere friendly.
We also welcome families, with instructors who bring calm, patience and warmth to classes for kids.
Book through our website to find a class that fits your schedule, or stop by the studio to ask us about getting started.
