About
San Jose families and adults across the South Bay turn to Heroes Martial Arts for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and kids and teen martial arts classes that build real confidence and self-defense skills. Newcomers and experienced grapplers alike find coaching that suits their level, with classes that challenge you without overwhelming you.
Our training partners are a friendly, respectful group, and many of our black belts are happy to roll with members at every stage of their journey. Our gym is clean and modern, with well-maintained mats and changing rooms, so you can focus on your training.
Parents often tell us their kids grow in discipline, respect and self-assurance here, and that is exactly what we aim for in every class.
Whether you're trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the first time or looking to add a new challenge to your routine, visit our website to find a class that fits you.
