For strength and functional fitness classes in Pacific Heights, Her Mission is here to help women of all fitness levels build confidence and stamina. Our classes are led by instructors Sharon and Kiesha, who complete every exercise alongside you and keep the energy high.
Each session is designed differently, so the mix of movements and muscle groups stays fresh and challenging from week to week. You will feel your body working in new ways, and many members tell us they leave with a lasting sense of energy and ease.
