About
San Francisco residents in the Marina turn to Heatherly Kay for hypnotherapy that helps people move past anxiety, stuck patterns and difficult life transitions. Kay combines EFT tapping with hypnotherapy and guided meditation, working at a pace that lets lasting change take hold.
Many clients come to us after ordinary talk therapy hasn't helped them move forward, and we focus on how to reach real acceptance rather than simply telling people what they should think. Our sessions are calm, caring and tailored to each person, whether the goal is easing flight anxiety, breaking through fears about a new venture or repairing relationships.
Clients often find that a recording of each session helps them keep building on their progress between visits.
If you're ready to feel more at ease, you can book through our website.
