Heather Udomrat

Heather's support is gentle, intuitive, and deeply personal, and that's what we offer at Heather Udomrat. We're a holistic practice in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco, serving clients across the city who want care that considers the whole person.

Our sessions blend massage, energy work, Reiki, theta healing, and guided meditation, tailored to what each client is experiencing in body, mind, and spirit. We take time to understand your physical symptoms and your emotional state before we begin, so every session is shaped around you.

Many clients come to us after traditional care has reached its limits and find that our approach helps them feel more grounded, capable, and at ease in their bodies. Whether you're working through chronic pain, looking for relief from stress, or exploring deeper personal healing, you'll find a warm, welcoming space and a practitioner who listens closely.
