Heather Atles, Relationship, Sex, & Intimacy Coaching is a counseling practice in Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco, focused on helping individuals and couples build deeper connection, communication and intimacy. We work with couples who want to refresh a long-term relationship, reconnect after years together, or approach intimacy in a more intentional way, as well as individuals looking to understand themselves and their bodies more fully.

Our sessions combine conversation with somatic tools that help you notice your energy, body language and what you are feeling in the moment. Many clients tell us the work feels less like traditional therapy and more like an empowering, practical experience, with space to talk things through and space to explore.

We create a warm, non-judgmental and safe environment where you can open up, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space. Sessions are by appointment, and we are glad to meet couples and individuals across San Francisco and the Peninsula who are ready to grow.
