About
Based in San Jose, Heart on the Rise | Elizabeth Huang, Founder & Certified Coach offers life coaching and grief support for people across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay. We work with clients in person and online, and our sessions give you room to be yourself, with questions that lead to fresh insight rather than prescribed fixes.
Grief is at the heart of our work, and we help you name what you're carrying, face it honestly, and move through it in a healthier way. We also support people through the hard seasons of life, including the end of a long relationship, complicated family dynamics, and being present for a friend facing illness.
Our approach holds space for both sorrow and connection, and we create a warm, safe environment where you can express yourself freely, including through creative practices like art.
