About
Based in Woodacre, Heart & Mind Equine offers equine-assisted psychotherapy for individuals and families across Marin County. We bring together the calming presence of horses and the guidance of licensed psychotherapy to help people work through emotional challenges in a grounded, hands-on way.
Our sessions are welcoming to everyone, and we are proud to be an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space. Many of our clients find that working alongside horses helps them notice patterns, build trust and reconnect with themselves in a way traditional talk therapy alone may not offer.
Appointments are recommended, so we invite you to reach out through our website to schedule a conversation about whether equine-assisted therapy is a good fit for you.
