About
At Health First Massage, we help Walnut Creek residents and visitors ease tight muscles and sore backs with deep tissue massage that leaves them feeling looser and more rested. We offer one-hour massage sessions, including deep tissue work tailored to runners and people dealing with nerve discomfort such as sciatica.
Our therapists focus on attentive, professional care, and we take time to understand what you're experiencing before we begin. Many clients tell us they walk out with looser muscles, better sleep and an easier day ahead, and that's the result we aim for every visit.
We're proud to serve Walnut Creek and the surrounding East Bay communities with fair pricing and a welcoming atmosphere.
