In the heart of Adams Point, Healing Lab offers energy-based healing sessions designed to help the body restore itself, with a focus on easing chronic pain and supporting movement. We work with clients across Oakland and the wider East Bay who are looking for an alternative to ongoing discomfort, whether that's long-standing foot pain, hip or knee pain, or shoulder issues that have limited daily life.
Our approach is gentle and unhurried, and we begin with a consultation so we can understand your goals and what you've already tried. Each session is tailored to the individual, and we adjust the plan as your progress unfolds, sometimes offering additional sessions when they're needed.
