About
For gymnastics in Emeryville, Head Over Heels Athletic Arts is here to help kids and teens build the skills they need to grow. Our private gymnastics school welcomes children from ages 3 to 5 in a dedicated area, with ages 5 and up training together in our large gym.
Weekly classes are at the heart of what we do, and our families see real progress in climbing, tumbling, balance and overall coordination. We also run drop-in sessions, birthday parties on weekends, and all-day camps during school closures, so there's always something fun for children across Emeryville and the East Bay.
Our spacious, well-equipped facility gives kids room to explore safely, with plenty of bars, pads and a castle for the youngest athletes. Our parents and coaches make a welcoming community, and we're happy to help your child find the right fit.
