Based in San Ramon, HAWC Gym offers group classes in cross training, conditioning and yoga for members of all levels, from first-timers to competitors training for Hyrox, Spartan and DEKA events across Contra Costa County and the East Bay. Our programs are built to fit every goal, whether you're building strength, improving daily fitness or preparing for a race.
Our coaches are skilled, patient and encouraging, with a strong focus on good form and steady progress. We're a community-driven gym where members feel welcomed, supported and motivated from their very first session.
