About
At Hauth's Taekwondo, we help families in Windsor and across Sonoma County build discipline, confidence and physical fitness through martial arts training. We teach taekwondo in a balanced way, mixing serious technical practice with a light-hearted, friendly atmosphere where students feel welcome.
Our lessons cover the study of self-defense alongside courtesy, compassion and self-control, so students grow in character as well as skill. Our instructors adapt the material to each student's age, fitness level and experience, so beginners and returning students can progress at their own pace.
Many of our students, from young children to adults, have carried the responsibility, honesty and perseverance they learn on the mat into school, work and everyday life. We welcome new students to come train with us and see whether taekwondo is the right fit for them.
