At Hamilton Chiropractic, we help San Mateo residents and families across the Peninsula get relief from back, hip and pelvic pain so they can get back to everyday life. We offer chiropractic care and sports medicine treatment, including therapeutic ultrasound, and we have particular experience supporting patients through pregnancy and postpartum.
Our approach is gentle yet effective, and we take the time to explain what is happening in your body and what to expect from each visit. Many of our patients come to us after other treatments have not helped, and we work to address the source of the discomfort rather than only the symptoms.
