About
Based in Hayes Valley, Hairchitect Barbershop & Lounge - Hayes Valley offers barbering with clipper and scissor work for clients across San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our barbers are known for executing a wide range of styles with precision, from classic cuts to contemporary looks, and for paying close attention to detail and the specifics each client asks for.
Clients who have been coming to us for years tell us they keep returning because every cut is consistently sharp, including for longer, textured hair that calls for skilled scissor work. We're a clean, open space with a relaxed lounge feel, where guests are welcomed with a drink and refreshments, espresso included.
Our barbers are punctual, friendly, and easy to talk to, so whether you're refreshing an old favorite or trying something new, you can expect a thoughtful, satisfying result.
