Haidilao Hot Pot Fremont

Hearty broths, fresh ingredients, and attentive service: that's what we offer at Haidilao Hot Pot Fremont. Our Chinese hot pot restaurant serves Fremont and the East Bay, with a menu built around shabu-shabu-style broths you can customize, from mushroom to pork bone, and a wide selection of meats and hot pot ingredients for groups of every size.

Guests often tell us our flavors stay consistent visit after visit, and our add-on seasoning bar lets you adjust each bowl to your taste. Our team is known for warm, patient, attentive service, and they'll happily make special requests happen.

We also bring a bit of fun to the table with noodle dancing and face-changing performances, plus a kids' meal and birthday treats, so families and celebrations feel right at home. Our decor is colorful and our lighting is warm, making it a great spot for an after-work gathering or a memorable birthday.
