At Guidepost DBT (formerly DBT Center of Marin), we help families and adults across Corte Madera and Marin County build the skills to manage intense emotions, strengthen relationships and find steadier footing day to day. We are a women-owned practice of psychologists and family counselors offering therapy grounded in dialectical behavior therapy, with care that is welcoming to LGBTQ+ clients and transgender clients alike.
Our work centers on helping people understand what they feel, respond with more intention and move toward the life they want. We meet clients with patience and clear, practical guidance, so each session builds real progress over time.
Many of the people we serve come to us from across the Marin area, and we are glad to support them in person.
