About
Inner Sunset and San Francisco clients turn to Gregory Harty, Myofascial Release Therapist for myofascial release sessions that ease tension and restore easier movement. We work with clients on tight hips, hamstrings, necks, shoulders and backs, and we also take a close look at the breath and how the body moves through everyday activity.
Our sessions are paced to your body's responses, so you can settle in and feel comfortable from the first minute to the last. Many clients notice lasting changes in posture, range of motion and how they carry tension after just a few visits.
We also offer a gentle, precise hands-on approach that is designed to feel safe even for people with past injuries.
