About
Based in Oakland's Northgate/Waverly neighborhood, Gold Coin Car Wash provides self-serve car washing and coin-operated cleaning equipment for drivers across Oakland and Alameda County. Our bays give you the tools to wash your own vehicle at your own pace, with brushes, hoses and vacuums to handle everything from a quick rinse to a thorough clean.
Many of our regulars come back because the equipment is well maintained and kept clean, and because our on-site attendant is happy to help with questions or point you toward the right setting for your car. We know many drivers prefer to do the job themselves, so we aim to make that as simple and rewarding as possible for families, campervan owners and neighbors alike.
Our bays are the closest option for many nearby residents, and we're glad to be a local stop for people who take pride in keeping their cars looking their best.
Stop by during our attendant hours to see how easy it is to get your car spotless.
